Flat Tire Repair Services
One of the last sights you want to see when you approach your vehicle is a flat tire. In addition to the immediate inconvenience of having to install your spare tire, you will have to get the punctured tire repaired. And if your tire is a steel belted radial (and whose isn’t?), it must be repaired immediately to minimize potential long-term deterioration started by the puncture.
We offer solutions
Come to our shop and we’ll take care of it!
If you bring your car to our shop, we only charge $15 per tire to plug tires and $25 per tire to patch and plug tires. We highly recommend the patch and plug option for a stronger repair.
Got a flat and can’t make it to us?
We have more solutions that will help you:
For only $45 we can come to you (within a 10-mile radius), jack your car up, remove the tire, take it to our shop, patch and plug it, return the tire to your vehicle and mount it for you so you can get back to what you were doing!
Or, for $45 we can come to you, (within a 10-mile radius), put air in your tire so you can drive it to our shop, where we will patch and plug your tire and get you back on the road.
The charge for these services will be due when our truck arrives at your vehicle. You won’t find a tow truck who can come to your car, remove a tire, repair that tire, bring it back to you and mount it for you… all for only $45!
A little More Information About Flat Tire Repair
While almost any sharp object left on the road can cause a puncture, most are caused by small nails and screws (typically less than 1/4″ in diameter). Guidelines allow the repair of punctures in a tire’s tread area of up to 1/4″ in diameter. Repair of larger tread punctures and of punctures to the tire’s shoulder and sidewall areas are not recommended.
There are three primary considerations when repairing a punctured tire. We will evaluate the damage the object caused as it punctured the tire, reestablish an airtight seal of the tire’s inner liner, and completely fill the path the object took through the tire. Typically, a mushroom-shaped patch and plug combination repair is considered to be the best method of repairing a punctured steel belted radial. That is always our recommended tire repair method.
